I know most people don't really care to see this kind of content.
I can respect that, because on the surface level it looks pretty basic (like who cares that you shot 30 sessions this year? Or you did this that those & the other...???--
--Y'all 2020 may be the year of sassy Kaitlynn...)

Imma be real wichu. The only reason I want to DO a year in review like this is for all selfish personal reasons, but to also brag a hellova lot about you & my clients.
I wanted to write this as a means as a personal journal of sorts for what this last year looked like.It was a CRAZY ride and we goin backtrack for all the good, bad, ugly, then good again.
Here is my 2019 year in review!

PERSONAL:
Places Warren & I traveled 2019:
California, Ensenada (MX), Manhattan (NY), New Jersey, Fiji, Boston (MA), Colorado, Utah.
Things Warren & I did in 2019:
Took my parents on their first ever cruise/adventure/ getting out of a trailer and onto a boat!  Unexpectedly had Warren's job dissolved and were forced to relocate; all of which we had 12 days to accomplish and pack up. It was a blindsided moment in our lives that God guided us out of, and it was all a LEAP OF FAITH.
Invested in MAJOR life changing opportunities. Lived in a hotel for an entire month (sounds glamorous but it was one of the most difficult months of the year).

Adventured our hearts out in Fiji for our third Honeyversary & had our lives completely changed.
Witnessed one of the final shows & most magical performances on Broadway of "Anastasia the Musical", ate dinner at one of NYC 5 star restaurants on Broadway & was completely spoiled (LITERALLY crying from gratitude still to this day).
Watched our team Boston Red Sox be brutally beaten (in their own stadium) and enjoyed every single memory and experience Boston gave us for Warren's special 30th birthday trip.
Went to our first actual other-people-are-around-us-and-we-got-out-of-the-house events here in Colorado; a Joe Rogan comedy concert. Got matching Ox & the Fox tattoos (with meaning out the WAZOO!!).
We traveled back to Utah to pick up our Pooka, our car, camping trips and our last vacation of the year for Christmas.
PROFESSIONAL:
Worked with all of the most genuine, loving, kind and beautiful people in the world. Had the opportunity to pick up and move all that we built in Utah to Colorado.
Special Shout out to the first session I had here with the Dust Family who Daisy has become a great friend of mine.

I was given the blessed opportunity to be home, to THRIVE in my life though this passion and dedication. This brilliance in life really hit for us (and for me) in 2019.

So that's it! That's the whole kit & caboodle (is that the phrase?) I would like to leave you with some words spoken by my wonderful, kind, perfect sweetheart Warren (he is about 2 billion times more eloquent than I am anyway).

"You are the center of a network, which is how human interaction works. And let's say you are going to know the typical amount of people in your life, which is 1,000, well enough to have an impact on them, and each of those 1,000 people knows 1,000 people. So, you are 1 step away from 1 million (1K times 1K), and 2 steps from 1 billion (1M times 1K)... So when you do something you shouldn't do, it's worse than you think. But when you do something good, no matter how small, it is better than you can imagine. (Dr. Jordan Peterson)
2019 was full of impacts for all of us. I look at my amazing wife, who is an infinitely better person than I am and goes out of her way to have a positive impact on those around her every day. I imagine the scope of that impact she has had just in 2019 alone and I can say the world is a better place because of her.
No matter how it may appear to you, 2019 can never be considered a waste if you made 1 person smile, or if you hugged that one person who was downtrodden, or if you shared 1 tear with that one person who was brought to their knees. Please know that through that 1 smile, you are 2 steps from a billion smiles. Through that 1 hug, you have comforted a billion in need. Through that one tear, you have lifter a billion of your fellow men and women. And in 2020, you will continue to shape the world. Happy New Year everyone. Thank you for making the world a better place. Be excellent and be yourself."
