The Slavoski Family moved from California to Parker, Colorado this 2019 year. Bill & Alana actually met in Lost Angeles, started dating in 2009 and were married in beautiful sunny gorgeous California in 2012!
They have two kiddos Brienna who is three years old and Barrett who is about 8 months old!
Their family also includes three fur babies:
Two puppies named Gabby, and recently departed Kirby and their beautiful cat!
Their big move to Colorado was in pursuant of Bill's career and building better opportunities for the future. They are liking Colorado alright thus far, but would (if possible) love to move back to California in the future. Not only has this move been a career developer for Bill but it has also allowed Alana to be home and pursue her entrepreneurship with Stella & Dot and with her amazon store! (check out Alana's branding session HERE).

Our session was at Belmar Park located in Lakewood Colorado. The park shares grounds with The Lakewood Heritage Center and consists of beautiful well kept historical buildings like houses, barns, a local hotel as well as a Lake Gazebo and of course the lake in & of itself. We loved all the variety that Belmar Park offered us alongside the Heritage Center!
We started our session at the Heritage Center part of the park and worked our way over to Kountze Lake where all the pretty pines were!
Belmar park would have been completely perfect if it wasn't for all of the mud from HEAPS of melted snow. We made it work pretty perfectly if I do say so myself ;).

Brienna was so cute, curious but also very shy and unsure. Makes sense considering it can be kinda scary having someone with a camera right in your face and trying to gain your trust almost immediately. Once we got to know each other she was more than willing to show her adorable personality! Barrett was ready to sleep from the moment they arrived (which made him SO chill). Our session happened to be during his usual sleeping schedule. He was VERY tolerant with perfect timing. As we finished the session he was ready to eat and SLEEP!
All in all the Slavoski Family were TROOPERS to come and brave the cold, mud, and catch the last bit of light with me at this stunning location. They were very excited to get updated family photos for their Christmas Card this year and I was so honored to have served them at this time in their lives!
